The Fig House, A Mid Century Modern Vacation Rental
The Fig House is a newly renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom Mid-Century Modern ranch style vacation home set on 1 level and is wheelchair accessible (with the exception of the bathroom doors). It comprises: a living room/dining room with a wood-burning fireplace, 8-seater table and connection to the kitchen, which also has a breakfast table. There is a sitting room next to the kitchen with a daybed and 2 club chairs, and a sun room off the kitchen with access to the pool courtyard. This room has a dining room table/pool table/ping pong table and a TV. There are two masters with king size beds and a bunk room that has 2 sets of bunk (twin) beds.

In The Heart of St Simons, Minutes From The Beach
The Beaches are less than a mile and a half from the house. Redfern Village is less than half a mile, and The Village is two miles away. Car rental is useful for this destination; however, the best way to get around is by bike or golf cart rental. We’ll be happy to help you coordinate this and answer any questions.

Check in: 4pm

+ What if I need to cancel?
Cancellations at least one month prior are eligible for a full refund (less $150).
Cancellations at least two weeks prior are eligible for a 50% refund (less $150).
Less $150: Due to our use of the website Kid & Coe as a booking agent we are not able to return you this booking fee when issuing a cancellation refund.
+ Are There A Other Fees?
Yes, two. A cleaning fee of $140 is added to every booking and a $500 damage deposit is added to every booking.
The $500 damage deposit is returned after check out.
+ Is The Pool heated?
The pool can be heated for an additoinal fee of $100/week
+ May I throw a party?
We ask that any gathering over 10 people be cleared with us first. This is a family friendly neighborhood so loud parties, etc. will not be tolerated. All of the surrounding houses are full time neighbors, who are all very friendly!

Neither bikes nor a golf cart are included, however rental recommendations can be given for both.
+ Are Pets allowed?
Pets are not allowed at The Fig House.
