My husband Seth grew up here and I moved to the Island in 2001. We love St Simons and its strong sense of community which makes it different than other beach towns. I am the co-owner at both The Vine Garden Market, a landscape and floral design/build firm, and The Greenhouse, a unique event space centrally located on the island.

I fell in love with this house years ago when we bought our home in Kelvin Grove, and when the opportunity came up in 2016 to purchase the property we could not pass it up. We have two young children and love traveling with friends, so we knew that having an open floor plan is key to any family vacation rental.
